PawStaff AI
GTM Associate
About the job
PawStaff AI builds an AI-powered receptionist for groomers, pet sitters, daycares, and boarding facilities. Our voice agent answers calls when teams are busy or closed, captures appointment requests, and helps keep pet owners from going to voicemail. We’re an early-stage, founder-led team focused on the US market.
As our first GTM Associate, you’ll know PawStaff AI end to end: how it works, what it costs, how it fits into a grooming salon’s day, and why it matters to the owner. You’ll answer prospects’ questions, understand their businesses, and show them how PawStaff AI solves their problems. You’ll work directly with the founders and help shape our approach to the US market.
What you’ll do
- Call and email owners and managers of US pet-care businesses, learn how they handle calls today, and show where PawStaff AI fits.
- Run live product demos by phone and video, answering technical and business questions with confidence.
- Own each conversation from first contact to signed customer, including follow-ups and the onboarding hand-off.
- Learn the product in depth: call flows, booking integrations, pricing, and setup.
- Bring customer feedback and objections back to the product team in specific, usable form.
- Spot patterns across calls and help refine our pitch, positioning, and best-fit customer segments.
What we’re looking for
- An MBA, B.Tech/B.E., or another relevant degree from a reputed institution.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to speak with US small-business owners.
- Availability Monday to Friday during US Eastern business hours (for example, 9 AM–5 PM ET).
- 0–3 years in a client-facing role such as business development, consulting, customer success, pre-sales, or account management. Strong internships count.
- Curiosity about AI and an ability to explain a technical product in simple words.
- An organised, self-driven approach to managing many conversations at once.
