These terms cover the PawStaff AI website and a request for a demo or trial. A paid subscription, if you choose one, is confirmed with you separately before any charge.

The website

The pages, sample calls, and dashboard on this site are illustrations of how PawStaff can work. They are not a live receptionist, and they do not book real appointments. Sample numbers shown before a demo line is connected are not working phone numbers.

Demos

A demo is a 15-minute conversation about your business. Booking a time, or emailing us to arrange one, does not start a paid plan and does not require a credit card.

The free trial

30 days from go-live, with 200 AI call minutes included. No credit card, no automatic charge. Continue only when you choose a paid plan. If you reach the included minutes, we’ll help you choose a plan or pause AI coverage and return calls to the flow we agreed. There are no automatic overage charges.

Pricing

Published prices are monthly, in USD: Essential $79 and Everyday $149. Custom work is quoted. Nothing on this website charges your card by itself. You can cancel before the next renewal of a plan you have chosen.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the services, prices, policies, and call-handling rules you ask PawStaff to use, and for telling callers when they are speaking with an AI receptionist where that is required.
